Project Manager Assistant

• Create sales orders
• Dispatch purchase orders to vendors
• Schedule in-house technicians
• Manage and update work orders assigned to you
• Input vendor invoices
• Manage Open Sales Order report
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Assist Project Managers as needed
• Create estimates for project manager review
• Schedule after-hours access for vendors/technicians
• Locate new vendors as needed
• Order job materials
• Manage work order binders
• Request updated vendor paperwork as needed
• Assist answering company calls
• Assist other teams as needed

Temp to perm up to $19/hr.
