We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client's Professional Services team. Salary/Hourly Rate:$25/hr - $28/hr Position Overview: This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling consultants, project managers, and leadership to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports for multiple team members.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries, always demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and proposals. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Project Coordination: Assist with project logistics, including scheduling client meetings, tracking deliverables, and supporting the preparation of project materials.
- Operational Support: Help onboard new hires, process invoices, and support internal compliance and policy requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with consultants, Project Managers, and other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow across the team.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with document management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Adobe, Zoom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Professional services experience is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
