Job Responsibilities: • Assist project site team, as well as other Administrative Assistants at home office, in all administrative functions. • Administration of project files including status reports and bid packages. • Administration of contracts and additional work orders (AWO). • Maintain calendar and filing system. • Handle routine correspondence for the Manager in his/her absence. • Audit construction drawings to ensure site has most recent set. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role • Ability to keep private all confidential information. • Strong computer aptitude, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Thorough knowledge of business spelling, and vocabulary • Ability to work independently after receiving brief explanation. • Follow the Quality Systems and Procedures Manual and Work Instructions.
