Salary/Hourly Rate:$30/hr Position Overview:The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting brokers, leasing agents, and office staff with scheduling, internal communication, and document management.   • Provide administrative support to executives.

  • Prepare materials for internal meetings and client presentations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or front office role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
