Position Details: Administrative Assistant-Remote- Colorado Springs, CO Location : Colorado Springs, CO 80907 (Remote) Project Duration : 24+ Months of contract Pay Rate : $25 an hour on W2Description:

• Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures.
• Communicates with internal teams to request Quote Approval Requests with specific requirements.
• Communicates with internal teams to clarify quotes requests, manage status of ongoing issues.
• Communicates with internal organizations from sales, IT, services and business center for issue resolution and response.

• Solves a broad range of service/support problems varying in scope and complexity.

Requirements:

• The individual must have a dedicated work space to qualify for working remotely.
• May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Must have high proficiency in working with Windows OS and MS Office applications, specifically including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with database tracking and management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with complex and time sensitive escalations.
• Strong attention to details and exceptional organizational skills
• Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
• Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions
