Job Location : Rancho Mirage,CA, USA
Function as receptionist in Recovery Services administrative area by providing a welcoming, hospitable area for patients, visitors, vendors, and staff and provide clerical support for designated Recovery Services staff and other areas.
Assist in special projects as directed by Leader, to include but not limited to:
Provide support to major department initiatives to include PowerPoint development, communication with key stakeholders and implementation of programming
Provide background material and create reports for internal and external use
Follow-up and other duties as assigned
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership team, executive assistants and SLC assistants to establish standardized procedures and complete tasks.
Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford's mission, philosophy, values, and programs and services.
Knowledge and understanding of Hazelden Betty Ford's records management policies and procedures.
Knowledge of and ability to apply Hazelden Betty Ford's policy on confidentiality.
Knowledge of the Twelve Step philosophy and chemical dependency.
