For more information visit: click hereThe application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.* Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for all administrative tasks.* Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.* Manage purchase requisitions / invoice tracking in Compass/SAP.* Manage teams time entries / adjustments in eCharge/SAP.* Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.YOU MUST HAVE* 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Experience with office management systems and procedures.WE VALUE* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.* 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.* Familiarity with office equipment and technology.* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
