  • Track and process company license renewals, ensuring timely submissions
  • Maintain organized records of licensing documentation and renewal dates
  • Arrange business travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare clear itineraries and supporting documentation for business trips
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President
  • Handle confidential documents and manage communication for the executive office
  • Serve as primary contact point between headquarters and branch offices
  • Coordinate information sharing and resource requests across locations
  • Work with Corporate HR on employee-related processes and documentation
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives across the organization
  • Manage petty cash fund, including disbursements and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support organizational operations
  • Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility and attention to detail
What You Bring:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to handle simultaneous projects effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with systematic approach to administrative workflows
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work product and communication
  • Discrete handling of confidential information and sensitive matters
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in administrative support roles
