We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our customer care team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a large volume of emails, focusing on about 20% that require direct attention. This role involves discussing lead times, signing NDAs, and triaging team requests. It includes minimal phone calls and meetings, and involves supporting the sales team with various tasks. The candidate will utilize Salesforce to assist with orders and part numbers, requiring adaptability to evolving processes.
ResponsibilitiesJoin a team of four professionals working collaboratively to achieve business goals. The role requires in-office presence three days a week, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
