Join our team and play a key role in keeping our firm running smoothly! We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and people-focused professional to handle a mix of:
Internal accounting – Payables and reconciliations
Process improvements – Assist in documenting procedures, maintaining documentation
HR & events – Plan outings, celebrations, and social events
Admin tasks – Phones, scanning, deposits, supply orders, team and client coordination
Marketing support – Social media & website updates
What We're Looking For:
•Office/admin experience (accounting firm experience a plus)
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•Great communication and team spirit
