City Lifestyle is a luxury publishing company headquartered in downtown Kansas City, MO, that publishes monthly magazines in a franchise model created exclusively for and about the residents of affluent communities across the country. City Lifestyle is looking for a Recruiting Administrator to assist the National Recruiting Director in a general administrative role. To be successful in this role you must have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency. This position is a full-time, in-office role out of our Downtown Kansas City office that would report to the National Recruiting Director. The job duties would include, but are not limited to:

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and assessing performance data by recruiting resources and the internal team
  • Uploading open positions to various recruiting platforms.
  • Mapping territories to open new publication opportunities.
  • Mailing out publication samples to the necessary candidates.
  • Helping manage and maintain a pipeline of applicants and candidates.
  • Prepare/Send proposals
  • Appointment setting - (via phone/social media/email)
  • Assist in event planning and execution
  • Assist in proofing rounds/copy editing
  • General administrative work, including scheduling appointments, client support, and maintaining the organization.

This individual should possess the following skills/traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate; a familiarity with the Google Suite lineup of programs
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company. Self-induced initiative is greatly desired.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Open to constructive criticism.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not necessary
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or the administrative field
  • Must be able to commute to Downtown Kansas City
  • In office position Monday-Friday
