Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Support executive team and senior administrator with confidential projects and errands
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Detailed domestic/international travel arrangements including VISAs, and medical requirements
  • Strong MS Office to create reports, presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with detailed domestic/international travel arrangements preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
