This is an entry-level position that will provide administrative, financial, and clerical support to the Office Manager with the day-to-day functions of the Front Office. Candidates will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Physical Requirements: Candidates should expect to spend approximately six hours per day sitting and working at a computer. The remaining time would be spent walking or standing. Job Prerequisites: Individual must have a high school education, be able to follow instructions well and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is essential. The ideal Candidate will be focused, detail oriented and willing to learn. Basic day-to-day functions require this individual to be able to maintain a professional level of discretion, integrity, ability, and sound judgment. All Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
