Job Description :
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior Marketing & Communications leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Assist in compiling and formatting reports, presentations, and materials with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries; ensure all travel documents are complete and submitted. Track and reconcile expense reports and assist with budget entries. Maintain and organize physical and electronic records and files. Direct incoming communications and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Support meeting logistics, including room setup, agenda distribution, and note-taking. Assist with internal events, team meetings, and special projects as assigned. Location:This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Hudson Yards Office.
