Job Description :
Provides office management support to Care Management Services. Acts as a liaison with internal hospital and nursing home staff as well as outside agencies, insurance companies, patients and their families. Provides support to the Customer Communication Program under the direction of Care Management Representative. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates all patient/family communications as required for the Care Management Department and maintains HIPPA regulations under the supervision of the Director. Types finished formatted copies from rough drafts, proof reading for spelling, punctuation, compositional and numerical correctness. Develops and follows systems to ensure efficient work flow and completion of work by due dates. Maintains files to achieve an organized and user-friendly system easily accessible to department staff and orders supplies as needed to anticipate the needs of the department.
