Job Description :
Coordinate trade shows, including booking venues, working with vendors, maintaining inventory, submitting purchase orders, and monitoring trade show budgets. Prepare and review invoices, process orders, and utilize the purchase card. Plan and manage on-site events. Schedule meetings, Teams calls, and training sessions, both international and local, and compile information for these meetings. Make travel arrangements, including international arrangements and visas; prepare expense reports; and maintain calendars for leadership team members. Coordinate customer requests for marketing and product information. Assist with new product setup by gathering required information, submitting requests, and tracking progress. Help with website maintenance, including submitting requests for updates and changes. Compile and distribute reports and presentations. Minimum Requirements 5 years administrative or clerical experience.
