Summary/ Primary Purpose: This clerical position assists the Corps in managing all clerical and other general office procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public. Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail, when necessary, respond to regularly occurring requests for information. Responsible for establishing priorities and meeting deadlines as directed. May be responsible for actions related to payroll processing, including time off requests and approval of timecards.
