Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This position is located in Bernards, New Jersey.
Duties:
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly warehouse operations reports
- Support the creation and distribution of KPI Metric Reports and other ad-hoc reporting necessary to ensure warehouse locations are meeting contractual requirements
- Align back order plan with pending inbound to determine available inventory
- Plan back order drop based on analysis of on-hand inventory/expected inventory
- Communicate drop plan with the locations
- Pull various reports from SAP to generate reporting
- Partner with on-site DC managers daily and communicate back order drop plans, ad-hoc order drops and any other non-BAU changes in forecast
- Manage order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are held as expected
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when identified
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Proficiency in SAP for supply chain or logistics operations
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Google Sheets and Google Forms for data tracking and reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience in Third-Party Logistics management
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
