Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Drafting correspondence and any other documents accurately from dictation and sending them as advised.
- Follow up on obtaining signatures for organizational documents as well as payments for investments in a timely manner.
- Mail out checks and or/email notifications for electronic payments made to investors.
- Maintain upkeep of all necessary electronic files and documents.
- Assist with basic computer technical support if able. For any technology / computer issues, send support tickets to the IT department.
- General administrative tasks: Scanning, printing, preparing mail via FedEx, USPS, and general filing duties.
- Provide backup coverage as needed for the receptionist, and work on general office projects for the supervisor.
- Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, including processing new applications, handling renewals, termination of medical and maintaining accurate billing records to ensure timely payments and compliance with policy requirements.
- Update spreadsheets to track coverage status, payments, and renewal dates for all employees.
- Collaborate with the medical brokers to ensure timely coverage updates, plan changes, and issue resolution.
Desired Qualifications:
- Administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a professional environment.
