The Administrative Assistant provides support to our warehouse operations, office staff, Sales team, and management as needed to ensure efficient operation of the office business through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.LOCATION: Fully Onsite - 235 OH-14 Unit 4, Columbiana, OH 44408ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones and responding to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the Sales team by performing tasks such as managing the flow of email communications for product inquiries, quotes, and sales.
- Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Filing digital and printed documents
- Performing order entry
- Creating account-level documentation
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
- Proficiency with Syteline Planning software preferred.
- 2 years of multi-line phone experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent data entry and account documentation skills.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service.
- Organized with attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Works well with others.
- Ability to work on your own.
- Flexible and open to change.
