Contract Administrative Assistant

6 Weeks + On Site Providence RI

Possible long term extension or transition to different team

  • Complex administrative duties and responsibilities including calendaring, document management, front desk support, scheduling and clerical duties
  • Analyze operational information and prepare detailed and comprehensive reports of findings
  • Perofrm varied outreach and communications including writing and organization outreach
  • Administrative tasks and research in preparation of the agency s annual budget.
  • Coordinate the flow of work among the various units within the agency
  • Assign space, equipment and supplies
  • Handle important and routine correspondence.

KNOWLEDGES and SKILLS

  • High level of competency in MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • 2-3+ years of administrative experience
