POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to clerical and organizational tasks. This position will be in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential in this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Schedule Appointments and Manage Calendars
  • Assist clients with changes in contributions
  • Follow up with third part companies on status of transfers, rollovers, money movements
  • Assist clients with new account opening
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree (preferred)
  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • 1 years of clerical or administrative experience (preferred)
  • 1 year customer service experience

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Zoom).
