We are seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at Park Place Finance, a leading hard money real estate lending company with a team of 60 dedicated professionals in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations including but not limited to: human resources, office management and administrative, recruiting, marketing, training, and CEO personal needs.
- Providing administrative support to executives and team members.
- Managing and organizing office documentation, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Managing office supplies and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Associate's degree from an accredited university.
- Real estate or financial industry experience or interest is advantageous but not mandatory.
