Job Description :

We are seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at Park Place Finance, a leading hard money real estate lending company with a team of 60 dedicated professionals in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations including but not limited to: human resources, office management and administrative, recruiting, marketing, training, and CEO personal needs.
  • Providing administrative support to executives and team members.
  • Managing and organizing office documentation, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s or Associate's degree from an accredited university.
  • Real estate or financial industry experience or interest is advantageous but not mandatory.
