Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community inspired, passion driven full-time Administrative Assistant to join our awesome team!

The Admin Assistant will be supporting One East Harlem, our residential property located in Harlem, NY.

Summary:

Responsible for providing our residents with the information and resources necessary to have a meaningful living experience. The Administrative Assistant is to be a welcoming and courteous representative of the property.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff

* Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications

* Lease document review for compliance

* Preparing tenant responses and property notices

* Preparing legal notices

* Special projects as assigned

* Filing

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management required

* Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral

* Customer service and detail oriented

* Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously

Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., and some college preferred

Experience: Two years' experience in apartment industry preferred

Skills & Certifications:

* Residential Property Management experience preferred

* Ability to self-manage and prioritize

* Exceptional resident relations skills

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Organized, detailed and thorough

* Computer literate - proficient in MS Office]

* Leadership skills
