Coordinator, Assistant Location Manager, and/or Location Manager by assisting with various tasks in the facility. Duties include but are not limited to, data collection, data entry, processing invoices, payroll verification, and general clerical functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Data entry of conditioning records, seed transfers, and other inventory functions as required
- Serve as the payroll contact for the location
- Conduct inventory audits
- Manage the purchase of office supplies for the facility
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing standard operating procedures and procuring equipment and supplies in a fiscally responsible manner
- Requests bids for services, reviews vendor contracts and is the main point of contact for vendors and housekeeping
- Partners with hiring managers for onboarding and training of new employees
- Provides other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, group mailings, filing, and creating reports
- Coordinates meetings, meals, and events
- Maintain internal data and assist with reporting on key metrics
- Code invoices for payment
- Reviewing staffing agency timecards
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the Production Team
- May participate in activities in the plant as well as the office
- Responsible for projecting a positive image AgReliant Genetics and act in accordance with the Company's Core Values
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree in business administration or office management preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an administrative role
- Seed industry experience is a plus

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Willing and able to learn new software applications
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work assigned hours and shifts, including second shift and weekends.
- Ability at times to work in a warehouse environment including heat, cold, walking, and standing on concrete.
- Must have valid driver's license and meet MVR requirements
