Job Description :
This position provides customer service care and front counter service involving cash handling, payment processing, and other routine, specialized, and detailed customer service work of considerable responsibility requiring a broad knowledge of city departments and policies, and the ability to work with continuous distractions. This part-time position is budgeted for 25 hours per week. The regular schedule is 11:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be available throughout the year during peak times.
