Job Description :
This position functions as the assistant to the Suncoast Region performing a variety of secretarial, administrative and office managerial responsibilities. Arranges circuit conferences and meetings. Receives and reviews incoming correspondence that does not require the SC Region Managers personal attention and distributes/routes to the appropriate staff. Prepares draft acknowledgment letters as required for the Managers approval signature. Handles Managers calendars and screens request for meetings, and other appointments. Acts as liaison between Managers and immediate staff as well as other personnel to transmit messages and information of importance. Answer inquiries from various personnel on procedure and policy, information desired or suggested contact with other personnel.
