Job Description :
Answering multiple incoming phone lines and routing calls, greeting persons entering the office, and performing administrative tasks assigned by the Court Operations Manager. Work requires computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Data entry and working with other automated office equipment is required. Working relationships are established with court personnel, other county employees, the judiciary and the general public. The purpose of these contacts is to receive and convey detailed information. Assignments are made orally or in writing and work is reviewed through observation of results obtained, conferences and periodic reports or evaluations.
