Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, coordinates office functions relating to all phases of the department's programs and activities. EDUCATION: Minimum: Associates Degree in Related Field. May consider Admin Assistant or HR experience in lieu of degree. Preferred: Additional courses in Human Resources beneficial. LICENSE: Minimum: Obtain Notary within 1 year in the position WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 3 years secretarial experience supporting a leader and a department at the Director level or above including, but not limited to: office process management, hardcopy and electronic file management, communication management, coordination of schedules and meetings, production of documents (reports, letters, information requests, etc.), coordination of administrative projects, planning and coordination of social events, meeting planning and preparation including agendas, documents, reports and meeting minutes (as assigned).
