Job Description :
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Operations. Conduct background checks. Administration of e-Verify. Managing onboarding process for new hires. Heavy data entry into HRIS of all union and non-union new hires, changes and terminations. Manage customer work order system. Monitor work orders relevant to Harvard. Provide HR support to the Operations Department. Daily timekeeping management and payroll submission. Handling supply orders. Perform other clerical duties as assigned. Document translation from English to Spanish Knowledge and Skill Requirements 2 years of combined administrative and Human Resources experience with emphasis on data entry of employee information and onboarding.
