The Administrative Assistant for the Middletown Campus works closely with the Academic Coordinator and helps orchestrate the academic phase of the Program. Responsibilities Scheduling:Coordinates with the Academic Coordinator in scheduling instructors for the academic year. Communicating with instructors on date and time availability each semester. Creating a monthly calendar for the students. Communicates with the registrar instructors associated with courses in Canvas. Scheduling of exams in Examsoft. Assists in coordination of orientation. Records Maintenance:Student Files - academic, correspondence. Semester and yearly summaries for didactic cohorts. Mid and final course/instructor evaluations. Learning Objective/ Syllabi. Test files. Examsoft. Bio/ Sketch- Health Forms. Collects updated health forms for the Academic Year. Insures review by Occupational Health. Maintains student files. Typing and Filing. Correspondence.
