JT4 China Lake is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for all departments in various clerical functions and staff projects to meet critical deadlines. The Senior Administrative Assistant will be detail-oriented, have great problem-solving/analytical skills, multi-tasked, and a passion for supporting all staff.JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.**An ideal candidate will have an active Secret clearance****This position is located at China Lake and is not eligible for telework**Job Summary -- Essential Functions/DutiesUnder minimal supervision, a Senior Administrative Assistant provides broad administrative support services on behalf of a business unit or department and may provide work direction to less experienced clerical personnel. The work product facilitates the work of others within the immediate organizational unit.Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:
- Respond to inquiries using initiative and judgment based on in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures
- Issue and interpret operating procedures
- Perform administrative functions related to departmental operations, personnel and staffing, security, payroll, and general office management
- Maintain, gather, correlate, and analyze operating reports such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, records of performance, security, and other personnel data
- Prepare and/or assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, manpower planning, and related organizational data
- Schedule appointments, arrange travel plans, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials
- Review and respond to correspondence and requests
- Screen, direct, and manage incoming telephone calls
- Act as a liaison for internal and external visitors
- Perform other job-related duties, as required.

- Maintaining the Range Management Office (RMO) and Range Manager Calendar
- Order office supplies
- Answering the main office phone and door
- Submitting maintenance orders for the RMO
- Setting up the RMO Conference Room audiovisual equipment
- Supporting the printing, filing and distribution of certificates for the HR, Safety and QA department
- Proof reading documents
- Publishing weekly manning reports and monthly organization charts.
- Supporting new hire orientation planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Support Senior Level Staff
- 10+ years experience
- Range experience a plus

- Proficient in the use of the Internet, personal computers, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics/presentation software, and other commonly used electronic communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning/organizational skills.
SalaryThe expected salary range for this position is $75,129.60 to $92,984.32 annually. annually. The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. JT4 LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits
