Maintains an efficient tracking system of required information for various process / procedures directly related to the operation of the program. Knowledge of or ability to learn diverse programing, departments and the procedures that are required to support each of them. Generates appropriate reports for managers / supervisors. Coordinates communication within the division to ensure staff receives all pertinent information. Preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for the Division. Comprehension and understanding of portal for time submission and understanding of payroll guidelines for the Division. Preparation of accounts payable invoices for Program Directors in the division to sign and submits to the Accounts Payable Department when complete. Completes monthly scheduling for the division including management of time off requests and approvals through supervisors. Ensures proper staffing patterns are maintained and offered to staff as needed.
