Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Admin Support Clerk to join their team! This position is located in Lake Mary, Florida.
Duties:
- Review internal SOX control reports related to weekly/biweekly payroll processing
- Compile findings for SOX baseline audits
- Collaborate with ADP and/or taxing jurisdictions to ensure tax filings are submitted according to designated filing timelines: monthly, quarterly and annually
- Work with tax agencies to resolve inquiries pertaining to state and local withholding taxes and assessments
- Analyze state and local tax data and work across finance functions to resolve tax issues promptly
- Support special payroll processing
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders, as required, to help address and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in multi-state and local taxation
- Proven experience collaborating with state and local tax jurisdictions
- Proficiency in navigating third-party tax applications
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll processing systems such as: PeopleSoft and/or Workday
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $27.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
