SUPERVISES: N/A REPORTS TO: Food and Beverage Director EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: One (1) to three (3) years Executive Secretary experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) required. Graphic design and/or IT related knowledge and familiarity with horse racing preferred. Has experience in working with systems for requisitions, transfers, costing and reports. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: This position provides administrative support for the Food and Beverage departments.
