Job Description :

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to support operations at their Aiken, SC facility. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of complex administrative and project support functions within a dynamic, manufacturing-focused environment.

  • Perform a variety of advanced administrative duties for multiple team members including supervisors, managers, and individual contributors.
  • Serve as a key point of contact on departmental policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate correspondence control, maintain departmental documentation, and support planning of organizational activities.
  • Gather, track, verify, and analyze data from various sources for reporting and process improvement.
  • Use department-specific software to create reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Provide guidance to staff on standard operating procedures.
  • Catalog and input tooling identification (fixtures) into a new database using a laptop or Toughbook.
  • Collaborate with timekeepers and local administrative staff to inventory, list, and label contents of boxes designated for off-site storage.
  • Support various administrative functions that may evolve over time as project needs shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience, OR an Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and use independent judgment in resolving moderately complex issues.
  • Skilled in interacting with personnel at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and tooling inventory processes.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
