Job Title: Admin Assistant I

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Location: Ridgefield, CT (Onsite 3 days/week; Wednesday is a mandatory onsite day)

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate Range: $20–22/hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be handling travel and expense tasks. Strong experience in this area is required. Experience using Concur is a plus but not mandatory.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to one or more individuals within a specified department or departments
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Data entry
  • Coordination of conference rooms and meetings
  • Records retention and file management
  • Processing invoices through the internal system
  • Ordering and managing departmental supplies
  • Expense report reconciliation
  • Training class support
  • General administrative support
  • Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts and BIPI employees to uphold the company's excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, and follow-up skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
