SummaryThe General Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient management, operation, maintenance, and financial performance of the FBO Vertiport facility and services. They serve as direct liaison with the managing entity of home airport and is responsible for compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies as issued by Airport Management, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other pertinent authorities. They are responsible for all aspects of the FBO including proper delivery of services, condition of physical plant, staffing, equipment, and maintenance of same.Website General Duties

• Supervise and facilitate performance of the Operations Manager and other direct reports.
• Ensure that operations are in continuous compliance with all Company policies and procedures and conducted in accordance with company, local, state, and federal requirements.
• Foster a work culture based on Atlantic values with an emphasis on safety.
• Together with the Business Development regional Head, continually seek, evaluate, and execute opportunities to improve the sites financial performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between local and corporate staff.
• Representation of Atlantic Aviation in a professional and positive manner.
• Continuous application and reinforcement of the principles of the Atlantic Attitude
• Interaction with customers, vendors, and Atlantic Aviation employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communication of work progress and significant issues with the Regional Manager or other appropriate corporate representative.
• Adapt to evolving expectations and engage with new tools and methodologies to improve operational management and personal performance.
• Accountable for the adherence to Atlantic standards and SOPs by all site staff.
• Coordinate with Business Development regional Head on championing the regional strategy of engagement and education on Advance Air Mobility. With the BD regional Head, continue to represent VertiPorts by Atlantic within the local and regional community as a leader in delivering a network of AAM infrastructure.
