Part-time Faculty Positions
DePaul University invites expressions of interest for a pool of qualified Part-Time Faculty to teach courses across all 10 colleges and schools in various disciplines. Interested individuals can submit their credentials to any relevant posting. The pool is ongoing, depending on curricular needs and funding. Selected candidates will be contacted for interviews and the pool remains active until the specified closing date. To stay in the pool beyond that date, resubmission is required. All pool members will be notified by email when the posting closes.

Responsibilities:
The Department of Leadership, Language and Curriculum's Educational Leadership Program in the College of Education invites expressions of interest for part-time teaching opportunities for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 academic years. Positions are available throughout the year, including summer sessions. Applicants with relevant expertise will be contacted for interviews. Course schedules vary quarterly, and selected individuals will coordinate with faculty to determine schedules. Courses are not guaranteed, but the department aims to provide ample notice of available courses and cancellations.

Compensation and BenefitsDePaul University provides a compensation range reflecting its good faith estimate at the time of posting. The final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, responsibilities, departmental budget, internal salary equity, and market factors.

Academic CalendarExcept for the College of Law, DePaul operates on a quarter system with 11-week classes in Autumn, Winter, and Spring, and two 5-week summer sessions. The College of Law uses a semester system with 16-week Fall and Spring classes and a 7-week summer session.
