Adjunct Faculty, Lecturer of Biology - Colorado Mesa University : Job Details

Colorado Mesa University seeks an Adjunct Lecturer of Biology to begin Spring 2026. Teaching responsibilities include introductory Biology for non-majors (3 credit lecture 1 credit lab each semester) and Microbiology for majors (3 credit lecture 1 credit lab in fall only). Candidates with prior teaching experience in these areas are encouraged to apply. Courses are taught in person in Montrose, Colorado. Minimum Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Biological Sciences or a closely related field. Preferred Qualifications:Successful college-level teaching experience in general biology and/or microbiology (lecture and lab). Commitment to student success in diverse learning environments. Ability to coordinate lecturelab alignment and maintain a safe, inclusive lab environment. Salary: $750.00 - 850.00. Commensurate with education and experience.
