Adjunct Faculty, Communication - Stevenson University : Job Details

Adjunct faculty at Stevenson University will engage in teaching activities in accordance with the Universitys faculty workload policies. Teaching responsibilities will include teaching courses in the Communication Department. Education/ Experience Masters degree in Communication, Speech or related discipline and a strong commitment to quality teaching. Two years of college related teaching experience preferred. PhD. preferred. Knowledge/ Skills/ Ability Knowledge of theories of communication Demonstrated teaching ability in introductory and advanced Communication, such as public speaking, interpersonal, nonverbal, and/or intercultural communication. Ability to instruct students of varying preparation and abilities. Excellent interpersonal and cultural competency skills and demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with diverse constituencies.
