Adjunct (Communication) - Angelo State University : Job Details

ASU Department of Communication and Mass Media is developing a pool of potential adjuncts to teach online, dual credit public speaking courses. Any position available through this posting is a temporary appointment to teach courses in the specified department, which also determines the number of courses. This posting is intended to generate a pool of qualified individuals who may be eligible to teach this specific type of course. Typical Duties/ Job Duties Candidates should be dedicated to excellence in teaching, prepare syllabi and course materials, record and deliver lectures, grade and assign grades. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge sufficient to teach the course(s) and/or lab(s). Ability to prepare materials and deliver effective classroom presentations. Minimum Qualifications Masters degree in communication, communication studies, or speech communication.
