The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive medical evaluation, education and management for clients that present for routine, preventative, acute and chronic disease health care services at the site. The nurse practitioner will coordinate all of the services necessary for health promotion, maintenance, rehabilitation and the prevention of disease and disability.
