Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for an onsite, full-time position in the Marysville, KS area. This is a contracted role for the 20252026 school year, serving students in a PreK-12 building. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Kansas Adapted Special Education Certification (PreK-12 or K-12) and be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 13, 2025

• End Date: May 26, 2026

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 3:45 PM

• Hours per Week: 37.5 (Full-Time)

• Location: Single PreK12 campus

• Caseload: Approx. 9 students currently (K11th), subject to change based on open enrollment

• Pay Range: $30$45 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specially designed instruction to students with IEPs

• Deliver academic and behavioral support services in accordance with IEP goals

• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other team members

• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

• Maintain documentation and progress reports as required

• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment for students with special needs

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Adapted Special Education Certification (PreK12 or K12)

• Experience working with students in K11th grade preferred

• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and administrators

• Must be able to pass background check and eligibility requirements
