Participates in all aspects of establishing fair market values for county assessment roll.Starting Pay: Grade 725 Step A: $31.50 - Step G: $36.24 HourlySchedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru FridayJob Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree.2. Two (2) years of related experience.3. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered if Additional Eligibility Qualifications are met.Additional Eligibility Qualifications1. Incumbent must be licensed as a Certified Residential or General Appraiser with the Utah State Department of Commerce.2.
