Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Full Time Night Shift | 3x12s New Grads encouraged to apply! ** Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ** MLee Healthcare has been engaged by a critical access hospital in a scenic and beautiful city in Northern Main that is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join their team. Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications for a Respiratory Therapist:

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of Maine.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts with a share of call, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities for a Respiratory Therapist:

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, pneumonia, and respiratory failure.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests (PFTs), arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, and sleep studies.
• Administer a variety of respiratory therapies and treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation.
