Acumatica System Administrator - TEKsystems : Job Details

Description and requirements for the ERP Specialist role focused on Acumatica implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

• ERP Expertise (Acumatica-Specific) Must-have hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and support.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Support Strong IT support background, especially with business applications. Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues, work with vendors, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Project Management & Implementation Experience supporting ERP implementation projectsplanning, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Ability to lead medium to large projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with vendors.
• Customer Service Orientation This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing. Ability to translate technical issues into business language, manage expectations, and build trust across departments.
• Security & Data Integrity Ensuring ERP system meets security standards, managing access controls, and applying patches.

• Experience Level Intermediate

• The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
