Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Acumatica Implementation Project Manager based in Winter Garden, FL, with remote work permissible. The Acumatica Implementation Project Manager will lead the execution of Acumatica ERP implementations, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Daily tasks involve collaborating with clients to understand and meet their needs, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful software deployments. Ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous communication across project stages is vital. The role also involves troubleshooting issues and training users for effective ERP utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementation projects for multiple clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and Acumatica support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate user training and post-implementation support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects (Acumatica experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience working for or with an Acumatica Reseller is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes (finance, distribution, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
