The Life Enrichment Coordinator performs duties involving the planning and implementation of an activity program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs and interests of residents. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing activities for residents, including large groups, small groups, and individual participation.
• Maintaining documentation as required by state and federal regulations.
• Participating in assessments, care plans, and updates.
• Recruiting, retaining, and involving volunteers.
• Coordinating community involvement and staff activities to boost morale.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory policies.
• Assisting in restorative programs to enhance residents' well-being.

• Regular attendance at the worksite.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle if required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to assist in emergency evacuations.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, reach, push, pull, and perform other physical activities as detailed in the original description.
