Easterseals Adult Day Health Day program serves individuals with disabilities, and those requiring memory care support. In this role, you will develop the monthly activity calendar, lead activities, provide personal care support, develop quarterly newsletters, and document the services provided. The ideal candidate will possess strong written & verbal communication skills and will have previous experience utilizing electronic health records.
